My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a very strong smell of damp, which was quite off-putting, and unfortunately, there were no other rooms available to switch to. On a positive note, the room was huge, but the TV seemed too small for the size of the space. Despite the room being stunning, the lack of soundproofing and excessive heat made the stay less comfortable. I wish I could have used the spa bath during my visit.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming, friendly, and had good customer service skills. From the bar staff to the night door staff, everyone was lovely, making the stay more pleasant.

The hotel's location is lovely, although it is in the town center, it doesn't feel like it, especially with the little courtyard garden. It was a great gesture to change the room for my tall son and his girlfriend without any additional cost.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were warm, clean, and well-decorated, exactly as I had expected when booking. The location was close to the racecourse and many amenities, providing a great experience. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it one of the best hotel stays I've had in a long time. However, the breakfast cost was a bit high, so I opted to have breakfast elsewhere during my stay.
