I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The rooms were well maintained, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable family stay. The service was disappointing with rude staff, but the hotel offers great amenities like dry cleaning, laundry, and valet parking. The location is unbeatable, near downtown with easy access to awesome restaurants and attractions. The dining experience was excellent, with included fresh salmon. Overall, a mixed experience with some highs and lows.

I checked into this hotel and it's amazing for a lot of reasons. You get a room with a kitchenette, which is super convenient. I even saw people chilling in sleeping bags by the fireplace, so cozy!
