My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, with designated areas for everything, making it easy to cook, work, relax, and sleep. The staff was very accommodating when we asked to change rooms. However, there was an incident of a customer being yelled at with profanity, which was unsettling. The location is excellent, close to Universal Studios and within walking distance of Ikea and downtown Burbank. The dining experience was wonderful, offering many choices, but the space was too small for the hotel's capacity.
