Roso Guest House, Mexico City

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and nicely furnished, making for a cozy retreat after exploring CDMX. However, being near the entrance meant hearing the doorbell constantly and the heavy door slamming could be a bit bothersome. The service was top-notch with super resolutive staff who were friendly and attentive. The location in the vibrant Roma area was phenomenal, offering access to lots of restaurants and cool bars, although it fell short on providing a truly luxurious experience. The dining experience was excellent with very willing and friendly staff, even though there could be more diversity in the menu. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were really spacious and well-designed, making them very comfortable, clean, and they even smelled great. The only downside was that they were quite noisy from the people above and the outside, but other than that, they were perfect.

While the rooms, despite being smaller than expected, were beautiful and just as booked, they were unfortunately quite noisy both from neighboring rooms and outside. On the bright side, the service was top-notch with attentive staff available 24/7 to address any concerns. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and bars, but not without a few external disturbances. Dining options left much to be desired, with room for improvement in variety and quality.
