My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so great experiences. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, which was lovely, but there was a smell inside that took away from the overall experience. The staff, however, were the brightest spot of my trip with exceptional service. The location was convenient, especially being near the UT Southwestern Medical campus, but it was a little cluttered. The dining options were decent, yet somewhat limited to basic choices. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean with 2 king bedrooms and a cozy common space in the center. The service was top-notch with extremely courteous staff. The location was good for my needs. However, the breakfast experience was not up to par. Overall, a decent place to stay.
