Sonesta Simply Suites Irvine Spectrum, Irvine

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and always clean, but unfortunately, I encountered a flea problem on the carpeted area. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster with insistent knocking early in the morning, yet the staff were friendly and helpful overall. The location was pleasing, right next to a hospital for emergencies, though a bit odd in a hospital parking lot. The dining options were limited being surrounded by medical buildings, and the absence of a free continental breakfast was noticeable.

The hotel was located in Irvine, California, in a very convenient quiet area, perfect for the Woodbridge area. The rooms were nice but unfortunately smelled strongly of mildew, making it hot and stuffy. The service was par excellent, with friendly staff who met my needs without fail. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and shopping, although some found it raw. The dining options were limited, with no nearby restaurants or stores available. The facilities were well-equipped, including shops/commercial services and laundry amenities.
