The hotel was on the budget side of Choice Hotels, and our experience was far from ideal. We were initially placed in a room infested with roaches and had issues with missing towels and hand towels. The room we were moved to had a non-locking window on the first floor, which was a significant safety concern, particularly with a young child. On the bright side, the room did come with a mini fridge and a microwave, which were convenient amenities.

The noise from the street and fridge was disruptive, and the cleanliness could have been better. The staff were friendly and helpful, taking quick action to bring extra towels. The location was convenient to Route 64 and had easy access to Little Creek Base, though not ideal with noise and odors. The dining options were extremely limited and disappointing with no complimentary breakfast. However, there were some positive aspects such as the helpful service and convenient location.
