I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, but I encountered sewage in the bathtub, which was a major downside. The rooms were quiet and super clean, though smaller than expected from the pictures. The TV also had some issues.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, especially the maid who provided great suggestions. However, there was an incident where they parked in a spot reserved for hotel guests, which was a bit unprofessional. They promptly assisted me when there was an overcharge for my stay.

The location of the hotel in Pt Loma was the only likable feature for me. It was perfect for reaching all the bay activities and exploring San Diego. There was free shuttle bus service to the airport and convenient access to public transportation for further exploration.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is amazing, close to the Cabrillo Monument and surrounded by great restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering great value for money. The service was impeccable, with the staff being incredibly sweet and caring. However, the dining options were limited, and some aspects of the breakfast were disappointing.
