The hotel is conveniently located close to everything we needed, from The Esplanade to the reef terminal and all the best restaurants. The rooms had recently been refurbished with some really nice touches, featuring a kitchenette with microwave and coffee making facilities, along with a comfortable bed. However, there is no toaster available. The service is efficient during the week with an 8-17 hour service, offering convenient amenities like grocery shopping service, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. On weekends, there is no staff available. The location is fantastic, set on the mountains with great views, and even boasts a BBQ area and shops nearby. The dining experience offers wood-fired pizza, adding to the eclectic choices. The facilities are clean and modern, enhancing the overall guest experience.
