The hotel was conveniently located near various food options and offered easy access to enjoy the beautiful area. The rooms were clean enough for our short stay, with minor cleanliness issues that did not impact our comfort significantly. The service had some ups and downs, with helpful assistance being available only on request, highlighted by a morning incident. Despite some issues, the location was ideal for exploring the surroundings, and the dining experience, while not extensive, was enjoyable. The facilities provided what we needed for a brief visit to the area.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location in trendy Ithaca, within walking distance of the center and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and even a Wegmans across the parking lot. The rooms were clean, although the bathroom needed a more thorough cleaning, and some were still under renovation. The service was a mix of very nice interactions but also loud hallway conversations early in the morning. Overall, the facilities worked out well for us, with prompt service in the breakfast area and a good location for exploring the city.

As soon as I opened the door, I was greeted with an overpowering smell of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room. The rooms were excellently clean, looked new and modern, which made me regret not booking that room initially. The service, despite some early morning shouting and laughing at 7am, was resolved promptly and the staff made every effort to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was super convenient, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and even a Wegmans across the parking lot. The dining experience was good, with a great selection of food. The facilities were also good, considering the budget price.

My stay at the hotel was generally pleasant. The location was convenient, close to downtown and a grocery store, though the price was slightly above average. The room was equipped with a coffee machine and designated for 3 or 4 travelers, but the check-in counter was a bit far. The dining options were quite disappointing, with mostly packaged foods and limited choices, despite what was advertised. However, the facilities met my basic needs.

Despite the motel-like exterior design, the rooms were surprisingly nice and depicted local sights. They could use a bit more cleaning, especially in the corners and bathrooms. However, there were instances of open bars of soap on the floor and receiving a key to a dirty room that were disappointing.
