I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable with a minor issue easily fixed. The service was courteous, especially during breakfast. However, there was one employee who seemed to be asleep at the front desk. The location was convenient, although the cleanliness was a concern. The dining experience was a mix of good food and some unsettling rules. Overall, it was a decent experience with some room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were clean and somewhat comfortable, the breakfast was terrible, and there was visible water damage above the bed. The service was a mix of kind and unhelpful attitudes, with some staff members not caring about guest experiences. The location was convenient in terms of accessing KC attractions but had its share of unpleasant odors. The dining options varied from very good with many choices to disappointing with watered-down coffee and juice. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel was right next to Worlds of Fun and easy to get to from 435 highway.

The room wasn't very clean when I first arrived, had some maintenance issues like blood on the shades, dents, and scratches on the walls, and had an unpleasant smell of sewer gas. On the bright side, the hotel had great security measures, was super friendly, and I felt safe during my stay.
