Super Lake Hotel, New York

My stay was quite disappointing overall; the hotel did not live up to expectations based on the pictures. The location was relatively convenient for my event, but the parking situation was a major hassle. The staff was accommodating during my check-in, yet the room conditions left much to be desired. I really hoped for a nicer experience for the price I paid.

My stay at the hotel had some bright spots but also some noticeable drawbacks. It was very clean upon arrival, and I particularly liked the view of Citi Field from my room. However, the room felt a bit cramped and could really benefit from cleanliness improvements, especially with the bed. The location worked for me, but parking was a hassle which made things inconvenient, especially in the cold weather.

I had an average experience at this hotel. The facilities were decent and the reception service was quite good, as the staff was always ready to help, especially with room changes and cab bookings. However, the room was small and not very clean, with hair and dust on the bed. Additionally, the price felt a bit high for what was offered, and it would have been great to have complimentary airport transport.

I stayed at the hotel mainly for its proximity to my meeting in Flushing. While it was convenient, I found several areas needing improvement, such as parking options and room cleanliness. The staff was cordial, but overall, the experience was average at best and the price seems a bit high for what you get.
