The hotel had a cozy and basic room, although a bit dated, it was very clean and comfortable. The service was warm and friendly, with staff going the extra mile to assist. The location was excellent, being central and close to the sea front and various attractions. The dining experience was slightly disorganized, with a few long waits, but the staff were accommodating. Overall, a decent stay with good value for money.

Upon my arrival, I was excited to check-in, but to my disappointment, my room wasn't ready until 3 pm. When I finally got access to my room, I noticed it hadn't been cleaned properly. Additionally, there were issues with the ceiling from the room above leaking, which was not a pleasant sight for new arrivals in this state of disarray.
