My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were huge and very comfortable, offering a stylish and cozy ambiance. However, there was a delay in room readiness until almost 5 pm, which was a bit inconvenient given the high floor location on the 16th floor. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to ensure our comfort, making the wait more bearable.
