My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were a bit noisy and had a lingering smell, the location was convenient and overall, it was an enjoyable stay despite some cleanliness issues at breakfast.

The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms overlooking a courtyard, with a great water park for family visits. However, there were issues with wall damage and a lingering odor resembling pest control chemicals. The service was exemplary, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even though there were minor cleanliness issues with the room setup. The location had promising potential but seemed to be currently housing refugees, affecting the overall experience. The dining experience was satisfactory but could offer more variety beyond a basic level, with some organic products available. The facilities were decent, albeit with room for improvement.

The hotel gave me mixed feelings. While it met our needs fully, the rooms were on the 'not yet in scope' side, being very stuffy, outdated, and dusty. Walking down dimly lit halls with padlocked doors was not confidence-inspiring. The service was a bit of a mixed bag, with some staff being nice and attentive, especially the housekeeping team, but others were too busy to address issues. The location had its ups and downs, being nice overall but with issues like non-functioning amenities and a cold draft. The dining experience fell short with poor variety and repetitive breakfast choices. On the bright side, the facilities were adequate.
