Surestay By Best Western Richmond Vancouver Airport, Richmond

I couldn't have asked for a better value for a quick stay in Vancouver. The rooms were clean, good-sized, had excellent lighting, and a nice TV. It was a quiet, clean, and comfortable experience within minutes of arriving in Vancouver.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were reasonably spacious with good en suite facilities, but they looked a bit old and ours overlooked the glass breakfast room inside. The service was good overall, particularly at the breakfast bar where the staff were friendly and upbeat. The location was convenient, within walking distance to restaurants and the Canada line tram/skytrain; however, the surrounding area was not the best. The dining options were basic with some hits and misses, and the hotel's facilities were decent.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the park with a decent size room featuring a small balcony. Though the room felt a bit tired, it was spacious and comfortable. The service was pleasant, with helpful and polite staff. The location is great for exploring nearby restaurants and shops on foot, but some areas needed cleaning. The dining experience, while simple, offered a sufficient selection for breakfast. Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable stay with minor room improvements needed.

The hotel was comfortable and reasonably priced, with a window facing the road, and had a hint of a smokey smell upon arriving back to my room. The service was very nice and helpful, and the shuttle to and from the airport was convenient and on time. The location is good, facing the park and with many good restaurants within a 15-minute walk. The dining was more than enough to start the day, not a full breakfast but satisfactory. The facilities were well-kept. However, the tired look of the location and the need for updating were noticeable.
