My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, they were not as clean as I had hoped, and there was a lack of information about the hotel amenities and local attractions. The service, however, was incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel welcomed and valued. The location was ideal for our needs, being close to restaurants and shopping areas. Despite some drawbacks, the overall value for money was worthwhile.

Upon checking in, the room I reserved through booking was very clean but felt a bit dated and musky. It was spacious and extremely quiet, providing a comfortable stay overall. The hotel's location was excellent for dining and shopping but lacked the quality expected in some areas. The dining options were somewhat limited and pricey, making it inconvenient to leave for meals. Despite these aspects, the staff was accommodating and made the visit pleasant.
