My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The convenient location near Penn Station was a major plus, but the noise from neighboring rooms was quite disturbing at times. The service left much to be desired, with several frustrating experiences during my stay. The dining options were hit or miss, and the value for money didn't always seem justified. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

The rooms, unfortunately, were not as soundproof as I had hoped, especially with noisy neighbors. They were available after a certain time, which was a bit inconvenient, especially when lugging around a huge suitcase.

I encountered some issues with the service, including being told I wasn't in the system despite receiving prior emails. The staff seemed oblivious to their duties and were unhelpful, even when management was needed. There was much left to be desired in terms of customer care.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown and only a few minutes' walk to Prudential Center. It was great for being near all the events and Penn Station, which made it very convenient for attending a hockey game at Prudential Center or taking a train to New York City.

After a long 20-hour journey with my two young children, I found the hotel's spacious rooms with lovely beds to be a perfect retreat. The minimalistic design and harsh white lighting, however, made them feel a bit small and functional. The service was wonderful overall, but the staff could have been more friendly and attentive. The location was great for my needs, close to stores and safe, but not as convenient for visiting NYC due to the distance to the PATH station.
