The room had useful amenities. Breakfast starts very early. The airport taxi service was efficient. Simona provided great customer service.

I couldn't book the shuttle in advance. It operates on a first come first served basis. This made securing a spot difficult with an early flight.

the free airport shuttle was a great amenity. it ran frequently, so i didn't wait long. the breakfast included many options and accommodated early departures.

The hotel offers a free airport shuttle, very comfortable for reaching the terminal. Complimentary breakfast offers good value (i especially liked the croissants). The front desk staff were nice and helpful.

The sound isolation could be better. I could hear noise from the hallway.

the shuttle service to the airport was quite convenient and timely it saved me some travel stress the hotel staff was friendly and helpful directing me to nearby services and amenities. i found the complimentary breakfast very practical it offered a decent selection of items to start the day. the room included two different pillow types a small detail that added to my rest.

the corridors looked slightly aged needing a touch of refurbishment

The breakfast had many choices and ample seating.. i appreciated that it was available early, helpful for my early departure. the hotel is very close to the airport, and there is a free shuttle that runs frequently. the room was spacious and clean. I was grateful for the comfortable stay.

wide breakfast choice helpful staff quick transport central air conditioning tired decoration old decoration

The breakfast offered many choices. It was satisfying. the staff answered all my questions regarding travel plans beyond bilbao including transportation and dining. the shuttle provided quick transport to the airport.

the air conditioning looked centrally controlled. it seemed to come on only when the room reached 25°c. the room decoration looked a bit old and tired.
