Staying at the hotel felt like a 'home away from home' with well-appointed and very comfortable rooms, perfect for connecting with family. However, the completely jet-black corridors were a bit off-putting. The staff, although accommodating and friendly, did have some lapses in their service, but ultimately, they changed our perception positively.

The location was fascinating and offered a taste of old-world Italy, although a bit dead at night. It was a bit out of town, which suited our exploration plans of other parts of Sicily.
