The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with modern touches to enhance the user experience. While the price may not be justified, the rooms are meticulously clean and boast exceptionally cozy beds, pillows, and sheets. The nighttime lighting could be improved for a better sleep experience.

The hotel is in a superb location, just a stone's throw from Venice skate park and a short walk from the ocean. The rooms are spacious but a bit worn out, and there were some disturbances from noise above at times. The light inside at night could be improved for better sleep quality, yet the value for money is excellent.

The hotel had a cute and beachy vibe with very light rooms, but there was no fridge in the room. The noise from people dragging furniture above was a bit bothersome at times.

This hotel is a gem with its lovely rooms and fantastic location near the beach, although some maintenance issues could use attention. The service is top-notch, and the dining experience, while delicious, could benefit from improved organization. Overall, a great value for the money.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, particularly in the morning, could be a bit noisy with staff coming and going from the nearby kitchen area. Despite this, the room we had, the 'super deluxe suite - the James Peasgood Suite,' was lovely. The location is excellent, especially for those looking to explore Venice and Santa Monica, being just around the corner from restaurants, stores, and the beach. The dining options were mediocre and a bit overpriced for the facilities' condition. However, the hotel offers a cozy ambiance and a satisfying breakfast spread.
