Despite being close to a building site with early noise, Natalie was accommodating in changing our room promptly upon request. The service was top-notch, offering thoughtful touches like pool towels after check-out and helpful advice from staff. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the beachfront, town center, and various dining options. The dining experience provided ample portions, particularly for children, though there was a limited variety. Overall, a lovely stay with minor inconveniences.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It offered a good balance of being located far enough from the busy area along Esplanade to ensure peace and quiet, yet close enough for a short walk to all the action. The rooms were equipped with quality appliances and had everything we needed, although there was a persistent mildew smell and the back screen door lacked a key. On the bright side, the accommodations were very clean and modern, complemented by the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants as well as being just a 10-minute walk to the harbour.
