The hotel is ideally located right on the beachfront, making it perfect for families and couples looking to enjoy Blackpool's attractions. However, the rooms are a bit dated and need a facelift to match the downstairs decor. The breakfast option is pricey with limited choices, and the overall lack of a personal touch in service was disappointing.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The location is brilliant, close to the illumination events, the Promenade, pleasure beach, and tower. It's fantastic for families and couples, just a 5-minute walk from the beach with amazing breakfast. The service was top-notch; the hosts were friendly, chatty, and great with my daughter. The rooms were clean, tidy, but a bit small for a family room. The dining experience was chaotic due to the number of people but the food was fantastic. Overall, a 5-star experience!
