I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were amazing - super clean and cozy. The owners were welcoming and even saved our bags for us on the last day. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was friendly. However, there were some drawbacks like peeling paint and an intermittent shower without an extractor fan. Overall, a lovely holiday experience.

The hotel is conveniently located between the tower and the pleasure land, making it easy to walk to attractions without spending much time traveling. Although the rooms were clean and standard, they had some minor issues like rusty radiators and a small shower. The service was a mix of incidents but mostly included a lovely and helpful welcome. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with adequate quality but running out of items at times. The location was fantastic, just a minute or two from the beach and close to key attractions in Blackpool, with easy access to the waterpark and pleasure beach.

I had a wonderful family stay at the hotel. The rooms were ideal for a little family fun before bedtime, ready within 20 minutes of booking, initially a bit hot but clean and tidy. The service was mixed, with some very helpful and accommodating staff but also some rudeness regarding parking charges for early arrival. The location was excellent, near the beach and ideal for enjoyment, with easy access to attractions. The dining experience was a bit disappointing but had a decent hot food selection. Overall, it was a good value for a family trip.
