My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was great, right by the Balboa Pier, which was the biggest perk. However, the rooms were lacking in charm and felt a bit dingy and dirty due to poor lighting and lack of decor. The service was friendly but had some limitations, like not being able to make calls during certain times. Dining options were subpar with a disappointing breakfast selection, although the Siena restaurant was good. On the bright side, the hotel had a small but decent parking area.
