My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although extremely clean, felt uncomfortable, especially being close to the parking lot. The service was a mix of being wonderful and understanding, but there were some issues with overcharging that couldn't be resolved quickly. The location was a bit out of the way, full of people, and lacking in nearby amenities. The dining experience was average, with fresh food but limited options. However, the facilities were satisfactory overall.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were really nice and quiet, but there were some issues like peeling wallpaper and damaged curtains that let in light. Sadly, the reservation for two double beds wasn't honored due to overbooking. The service was friendly and professional, but my unfortunate allergy reaction led to a pricey doctor visit. The location, though seemingly nice, turned out to be a bit isolated with unpleasant odors at night. The dining options were limited, and the bagged breakfast was a letdown.

Upon arrival on a hot, humid day, the room was clean and well air-conditioned, though it had a slight odor and a dip in the bed. I ended up sleeping on top of the bed covered by towels. The service, despite a minor plumbing issue in another room, was awesome, especially their accommodation for my dog and me. The location, while near my job, felt smaller due to ongoing updates and was a bit too warm. The dining experience was good with kid-friendly options but disappointing in terms of food temperature. The hotel's facilities were decent overall.
