Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The location is convenient, close to the city area and the Esplanade, with secure parking and an abundance of amenities. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the essentials, making for a comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff always available. However, the unexpected closure for renovations was a small inconvenience that impacted our plans. The dining options were satisfactory, although some more variety would have been appreciated.

I had a lovely 5-night stay at Cascade Gardens. The family running the place was friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped, but the 4 flights of stairs with luggage were a bit daunting. We bought a water jug for $4 which was a minor inconvenience, as we left it there. Overall, a nice experience with all the necessary amenities.

The hotel offers spacious rooms catered for apartment-style living, providing everything we needed. While the room was spacious, it lacked privacy from the pool area. The location is quite good, only a short walk to the commercial center and the esplanade. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to help us make the most of our time in Cairns by arranging early-morning taxi services and storing our luggage after check-out for our liveaboard sailing trip.
