I had a great stay at this hotel. The room with a small balcony and full ensuite bathroom on the 2nd floor was wonderful, and it was cleaned daily. The location is superb, surrounded by shops and nice eateries, and very close to Red House and Ximending subway. The staff, who spoke fluent English and Korean, were always friendly and helpful. However, it is a bit far from the subway, which may be a downside for some.
