I stayed on the top floor with a shared living room and kitchen in the center of London. The rooms were smelly, which was a real letdown. I appreciated the helpful service and information provided, but there were some complaints. The location was close to Liverpool Street, exactly what I needed for the right price. The dining experience lacked appetizers, and the exterior of the building was disappointing. The facilities were in good order overall.
