My stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was great, although a bit high for some. The in-room movies were a nice touch. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning system didn't work properly. The service provided by Randee, who also acts as the concierge, was friendly, but it would have been better if it had been more efficient. The location was convenient, with easy access to the convention center and a bar and store nearby for snacks. However, the area could feel a bit sketchy after dark. The dining options were a bit pricey for what was offered, but the hotel facilities were decent.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms had a slight cigarette smoke smell but offered a great view of the Rose Garden. I stayed there throughout the event and was pleased with all the additional amenities like the restaurant, bar, business center, convenience store, and pool.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist. The location, right on the east bank of the Willamette River, was perfect for exploring the nearby Moda Center and enjoying the local stores and restaurants. However, the lack of variety in the dining options was a small downside.
