the shuttle service in the morning was helpful i ordered breakfast a la carte it was plentiful and good the staff at reception was friendly. the location near the airport was useful for my early flight i appreciated the convenience. the room provided a comfortable stay.
the shower head paint was crumbling the noise from the road was rather loud the room was cold. the heating did not come on the bedding was thin it was not ideal.

this hotel is in a super location. It's really close to the airport. It is right next to the train station, which makes travel EASY. they have a shuttle every 20 minutes, so you won't have to wait long.
i found some dust in the corners of the walls, that was not great.

The front desk staff was helpful. I found they quickly addressed a luggage issue by providing dental kits. Public transport access was convenient. I easily reached the hotel following a late flight with the directions from the front desk. The location allowed easy access to Zurich Airport.
The soundproofing could use some attention. I could hear traffic.
