poor staffairport shuttle
i found the reception staff to be quite poor upon check-in. the female staff delivered a rehearsed spiel. any deviation from her script resulted in clear annoyance and she was quick to discourage using the airport shuttle regardless of needs. the message seemed to be that helping guests was not a priority.

Clean and Convenient Stay

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. I found apples at the reception, a cute touch. I was able to walk from the airport in about 17 minutes.
I found the walk from the airport not very pedestrian friendly. The sidewalks were not continuous. This made it difficult with luggage.

The hotel is near the airport and public transport is available just outside. The location is convenient and about 1 km to the airport if you want to walk. There are also various restaurants around the hotel within 300m.

this hotel is convenient for my regular trips. it is close to the airport and the bus stop outside offers a regular service. i found i must purchase tickets before boarding. contactless payments were unavailable.
the check-in staff seemed to follow a rehearsed script. they seemed annoyed if i asked questions outside of it. i felt they discouraged using the airport shuttle without considering my needs.

The room was quiet, a benefit considering the proximity to the airport. I also appreciated the blackout curtains. They worked well to block out any light. The restaurant provided good service and food.. Breakfast was also quite good.
The air cooling was not adequate. The room felt warm. I noticed insect bites after staying in the room, though the windows remained closed the entire time.
