The hotel was very quiet at all times, had very clean rooms with a great variety of cooking appliances and utensils, but the hot water was very limited and there was a slight smell reminiscent of old socks. The location was fair, requiring a fair walk into town but well-equipped, slightly pricey. Good for walks along the esplanade and close to where we were playing sports. The service was lacking, with rude and uptight staff who didn't address issues promptly or courteously. The service tour assistance was helpful but overall support was poor. The dining experience was tailored more towards self-catering but offered homemade bread. The facilities were modern and convenient, albeit with minor issues like broken water features and missing amenities.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and under a direct flight path, which can be a bit noisy. The living room was clean and provided a useful 'starter pack. ' It's a bit far from the main center. The service staff went out of their way to assist us during our weekend away for kids' sports activities, but unfortunately, there were some issues with communication and air conditioning repairs. The location is good, near the city center and Esplanade, though there was a damp, moldy smell initially. The dining options were suitable for ourselves, and the fruit salads were refreshing. The facilities were satisfactory.
