efficient airport stay

airport shuttle quick check-in in-room nespresso

as a frequent flyer, this location offers supreme convenience. the airport shuttle runs constantly, the ride takes only minutes. front desk provided quick check-in and a welcome drink. i also enjoyed the in-room nespresso machine that i use prior early morning flights. the gym had plenty of equipment, i used it for a short but helpful workout session.

the bathroom had slightly outdated fixtures, it was noticeable.

my room included a king-sized bed with quality linens, a work desk with ample power outlets, and blackout curtains. the television had international channels, a good thing. a mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary beverages.

the room was acceptable for a short overnight stay.

The chinese restaurant was a complete ripoff. i ordered several dishes from the regular menu. It turned out there was a promotion i wasn't told about. i paid way more. When i complained, they blamed a 'trainee.

the location was acceptable, as it is very close to the airport.

The bedroom air conditioning barely worked, and the room felt humid. they provided six pillows. none were comfortable. two felt too hard, two too soft, and the other two were oddly square!

As a frequent flyer I appreciated the hotel's direct terminal access! It saved me considerable time and hassle. The check-in process was very efficient. I had my room key in minutes. I found the room quiet which allowed me to relax before my connecting flight.

the shuttle bus was easy to use and had a frequent service. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. i stayed for transit flights twice. the downstairs bar offered a good selection of food and drinks.

there were no charging ports on both bed sides, so i had to charge my phone on the desk.
