My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and a clean bathroom, but unfortunately, cleanliness seemed to be an issue. The location was convenient, especially for travelers, with mall shopping and restaurants nearby. However, the service was a major letdown, as staff seemed more interested in personal conversations than attending to guests.

The hotel is conveniently located for shopping and travelers, offering easy access to the airport and major transportation hubs. The rooms, while some had unpleasant odors and lacked water pressure, are equipped with kitchenettes, making it ideal for saving money. However, cleanliness could be improved. The staff, although not very friendly overall, were helpful when asked for assistance, but lacked communication with management. The dining options were limited to basic items like coffee, oats, and granola bars but lacked fresh fruits. The location, in proximity to shopping centers and transit, is very advantageous for visitors seeking convenience. However, signage issues and lack of directions for taxis may pose challenges.

I requested a room on a higher floor but ended up on the ground level, which was a bit disappointing. The room had not been properly cleaned as I found men's underwear on the floor, which was uncomfortable. The overall condition of the room was dingy, not the most inviting atmosphere.
