Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was modern, clean, and beautifully designed. We were lucky to have Room 14 with a huge balcony overlooking the square, truly one of the best suites we've experienced worldwide. The service was top-notch, with great amenities like car hire and tours assistance. The location in the old quarter was ideal for exploring Palma, although the presence of solicitors outside was a minor drawback. Dining options nearby were lovely, particularly the glazed cakes. Overall, a fabulous experience with a few minor inconveniences.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and clean with super large beds, great rain showers, and English tv channels, making it a comfortable and modern accommodation. Being on the ground floor allowed us direct access to the vibrant square behind. However, the 'traffic' noise outside was a bit of a drawback.

I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel! The rooms were exceptional, one of the nicest I've ever stayed in, and surprisingly comfy and spacious. The small balcony overlooking the square was a delightful touch. Everything was so modern and immaculate. However, the size might be a bit cozy for some, but honestly, it just made it feel even more cozy and comfortable.

It was very central in the old town, making it super convenient for shopping, restaurants, bars, sightseeing, and the beach.
