The hotel room was tiny and cramped, with barely any space to move around, especially with a stroller and suitcase. Despite being soundproof, the street noise made it difficult to sleep with the window open. Service was lacking in Hilton standards, but the staff, though not very helpful initially, tried to make up for it later. The location was functional, close to the station, but lacked attractiveness. The dining experience was of decent quality but limited in variety for vegetarians.

The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist and make guests feel comfortable. The location was convenient, although slightly removed from the city center. The dining experience was varied and satisfying, although a bit repetitive over multiple days.
