My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were beautifully furnished and comfortable, equipped with a desk, sofa, fridge, and a comfortable bed, but there was an issue with humidity making it damp. The service was friendly and nice, but one staff member was rather rude. The location was perfect, close to Dallas and in a safe area, but there was some noise transfer from one room to another. The dining experience had some good points like Texas-shaped waffles but lacked variety in presentation. The facilities were well-kept overall.
