My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although clean and tidy, were old and noisy, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The service was professional overall, but there were some concerns regarding the staff's attitude and lack of empathy towards guests. The hotel has its ups and downs. On the positive side, the rooms are conveniently separate from the bed, making it easy to rest at different times. However, the cleanliness was not perfect, with an open container of toothpaste and a wrapper of soap found under the sink. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate my allergies. The location wasn't the best due to the presence of homeless tents and feeling unsafe at times. Dining options were mediocre with limited choices, similar to what you might find at a gas station.
