My stay at the hotel was better than expected with spacious and well-equipped rooms, though the bed mattress was a bit too soft for my liking. The service was professional and responsive, with a personal touch from the friendly staff. The location was excellent for accessing Chicago city center and surprisingly quiet despite its proximity to the airport. The dining options were lacking in variety and value for money, but overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable but a bit smaller than expected. There was a spider web in the corner upon arrival and some issues with mold and rust in the bathroom. The staff, however, was very accommodating, especially when we needed items we had forgotten. The location was convenient near the airport and train station, although dining options were lacking. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
