My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were nice, although they had a faint smell of cigarettes. The location was excellent, just a short drive from the O'Hare airport, which was very convenient. The service was top-notch but could have been better in terms of breakfast food replenishment. The location was convenient, close to the airport with a helpful shuttle service. Dining options were decent, offering a good breakfast spread. However, the overall experience was marred by poor room conditions and a hiccup with the reservation.
