I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and having a small Keurig was a nice touch. The service was friendly and helpful, although the lack of safety measures in the elevator was a concern. The location was convenient, close to downtown but still quiet. The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were nicely upgraded and had access to a small balcony, there was a noticeable old smoke smell. The service was pleasant overall but had some issues with unprofessional behavior. The location worked well for my trip, being within a reasonable distance from the airport. The dining experience was subpar with unexpected charges, but the Welsh pastries were a treat.
