The hotel rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable with great storage and amenities, but they were smaller than expected from the photos. The service was professional and helpful, although promises made were not fulfilled on time. The location was convenient, close to public transportation and various dining options. The dining experience offered a better-than-average breakfast. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and of good quality.

The hotel had rooms that were not big but had everything one needs and more. They had all the amenities we could need, a comfortable bed and pillows, darkening shades, a large TV, and plenty of toiletries. The linens were pristine and perfect. The location is perfect for exploring Brooklyn and Manhattan, diverse and with an amazing variety of dining choices, making it hard to decide. The dining experience was light with yogurt, granola, coffee, juice, and a variety of breakfast rolls.
