I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet but could use some updating. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to accommodate my needs. The location was very convenient, close to the airport and rental car agencies. The dining experience was fantastic, and the facilities were well-maintained.

My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were large and spotless, very clean even though we departed very early, and surprisingly quiet for being so close to the airport. However, on the downside, the service was the rudest my family has ever encountered, with many listed amenities missing but no reduction in price. The location, though convenient being right across from the airport, was overshadowed by the lackluster dining options onsite. The facilities were standard Hampton Inn quality.
