My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not ideal; they were warm, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. Additionally, my room shared a wall with the lobby, making it impossible to sleep due to the constant noise. On the positive side, the service was friendly, and the location was convenient, especially for those needing quick airport access. The dining experience wasn't memorable, but the hotel facilities were satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, equipped with all the amenities we needed like a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, but the TV placement was a bit awkward. However, I was disappointed to find blood stains in some rooms, and there were a couple of roaches welcoming me. The service, though limited to just two friendly staff members at the front desk, was welcoming. The location in Richmond, Virginia near the airport was convenient for my conference stay. The dining offered a pleasant surprise with scrambled eggs but lacked variety. The facilities were decent overall.
