I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the rooms had some concerning issues like dried blood on the sheets and a strong smoke smell from an ashtray, plus noise from guests working on cars at the back. On the other hand, the service was exceptional with accommodating and friendly staff who now use cell phones for communication. The location was convenient, especially for early flights from LIT, with plenty of lighting and proximity to the airport, though there were some appearance concerns and noise. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel offers value for money considering the overall service and location benefits.
