The hotel is situated in a prime location, not far from the Winter Gardens and the front, with a clean and tidy feel. The rooms, although some with tiny bathrooms, were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide range of choices. The overall experience exceeded expectations and I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel rooms were beautiful and comfy, excellent breakfast to start the day. The owners, Steve and Dean, made our stay very welcoming. The location was excellent for all our activities. Small rooms but well-decorated and clean.
