The location was convenient. I could walk to the gate for my early morning flight.
My experience took a downturn when some promised amenities were absent upon my late arrival, specifically slippers and bathrobes. i tried to contact reception, but no one answered, compelling me to go to the front desk myself after a long day. the room was also not clean enough. I saw dust inside the coffee machine.

I found it disappointing that the fitness facilities were not located within the hotel itself. I expect such amenities to be readily available onsite. Instead, I was told the gym was a five minute walk away.. This arrangement lacked convenience. the reception staff seemed to have difficulties with their software during check-in.
