My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and decent in size, but the shower design was inconvenient and there was a lack of storage space. The absence of a work area was disappointing, but the staff's friendliness and helpfulness were exceptional. The location, particularly for accessing the mall of America and the airport, was excellent.

The hotel rooms were very well designed for maximum comfort, modern, clean, and quiet. The service was professional and courteous, except for one indifferent staff member. The location was perfect, close to the airport and wildlife refuge. The dining experience was good, although there was room for improvement. The facilities were top-notch.
