Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Airport Mall Of America, Bloomington

The hotel's lobby and rooms are spacious and attractive, but there was a weird smell in the room. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, especially for those visiting the Mall of America or the airport. However, the dining experience was below average with limited options.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The staff, particularly Aleesha, Jemika, and Sol, went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with the added bonus of a view of the planes taking off and landing. However, the service after 26 hours of travel was a bit rude and slow at first but later improved and became professional. The location was functional, close to Mall of America and downtown Minneapolis. The dining experience was accommodating, with access to breakfast before official hours, though the pricing for some items felt a bit steep. Overall, a good value for money.
